By accessing, registering on, or using the bdbdee platform in any capacity — including browsing game content, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bdbdee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdbdee platform. Continued use of any part of the site following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates. bdbdee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. • You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdbdee or any affiliated gaming platform. If a self-exclusion is in effect, you are not permitted to open a new account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of bdbdee or any of its technology, studio, or payment partners, in relation to games or services you have access to through your professional role.

bdbdee conducts age verification checks at the point of registration and at first withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document to confirm their age and identity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bdbdee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdbdee immediately at [email protected].

bdbdee reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or longer;
• bdbdee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity;
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to bdbdee.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to standard verification procedures.

All financial transactions on the bdbdee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdbdee does not charge currency conversion fees; however, some payment service providers may apply their own transaction fees independently of bdbdee. Players are advised to confirm applicable fees directly with their payment provider.

For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager ৳20,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.

By using the bdbdee platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with bdbdee;
• Attempting to access the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to simulate human behaviour for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform to launder money, fund illegal activity, or circumvent any financial regulation applicable in your jurisdiction;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events offered for betting on bdbdee's sports betting markets;
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or any multi-player game environment on the bdbdee platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the bdbdee platform, including its servers, APIs, payment systems, or game engines;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward bdbdee staff or other players via any communication channel.

bdbdee employs real-time fraud detection systems and reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal while an investigation into potential prohibited conduct is ongoing. Any balance found to have been generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited in its entirety.

All content on the bdbdee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software, page layouts, and the overall design and structure of the site — is the property of bdbdee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdbdee platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any bdbdee content in any form or by any means without prior written authorisation from bdbdee;
• Use the bdbdee brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context, marketing material, or public communication without express written permission;
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the bdbdee platform on any other website or application;
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software or proprietary technology forming part of the bdbdee platform.

Game content available through the bdbdee platform — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. bdbdee operates as a licensed distributor of these game titles and does not claim ownership over third-party studio content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbdee shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the bdbdee platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — even if bdbdee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdbdee's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bdbdee account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

bdbdee does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may temporarily affect platform availability. Where such downtime occurs during an active betting event, bdbdee will assess affected bets in accordance with its fair-play settlement policy, details of which are available from the support team.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bdbdee's liability for:

• Death or personal injury resulting from bdbdee's gross negligence;
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bdbdee;
• Any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
